| Members of the 41st Division of the Washington National Guard worked on their high school studies at Clover Park High School while in uniform in May of 1941. Even though they had been called up for active duty, they took classes to enable them to graduate from high school with their regular classes. The program was believed to be the only one of its kind in the United States. |
